Talking is good. Talking clears up relationship issues, helps you find a different approach for a continuing problem, and it can be good fun. Plus, it's free! So don't clam up if you have feelings that aren't getting communicated. Open your mouth and just say how you feel. And don't get too caught up in the script of what you say—it will only help you procrastinate. You need to just start talking and the rest will come out eventually. Trust the person you're talking to.
